After having to rearrange their wedding several times as a result of Covid Katie and Douglas finally got their big beautiful day at Caswell House in the Cotswolds Oxfordshire.
The wedding took place in May and the couple wanted seasonal Spring flowers in white, yellows and blues. We choose ranunculus, delphinium, roses and nigella. These were arranged with foliage in a natural whimsical style with lots of movement and texture.
Katie wanted a large and whimsical wedding bouquet. So as to make something easy to hold we made a front facing bouquet which beautifully held the flowers in place. This was finished with a trailing hand dyed silk ribbon. So as to finish the whimsical bridal style Katie wore a selection of wired flowers in her hair.
Katies bridesmaids carried smaller hand tied bouquets to compliment Katie's Bouquet. For the wedding reception these bouquets were later placed into vases sat on wooden slices for floral table centres. These were the perfect size to add some interest and decoration to the reception tables without them feeling cluttered.
The groomsmen wore decorative buttonholes with greenery, and roses which perfectly complimented the bridal party flowers.
This was a beautiful spring wedding set within the most gorgeous venue.
