Stylish Boho Cotswolds Hotel Wedding at The Frog Mill

Cory and Jasmine chose the beautiful Frog Mill set in the Cotswolds Countryside for their supper stylish and laid back Boho Black Tie Wedding in October.

The couple wanted a day for their guests to remember. Attention to detail was key. They wanted a style which complimented the season and the semi formal location of their day but felt happy and relaxed.

The couple wanted abundant blooms of nudes, rust and dark red set on a green base. Huge copper chrysanthemum stole the show as the main focal flower set with dancing chocolate cosmos, roses, lisianthus and pampas grass. The flowers were arranged to give the feeling of movement, height and texture making for beautiful and dramatic arrangements. As the ceremony room was large this really allowed us to add some drama to the otherwise blank canvas.

Breaking from the usual ceremony backdrop of a Wedding Arch or Moongate the couple chose two giant urns flowing with beautiful flowers to frame their ceremony. We pushed the ceremony table to the side of the ceremony area to give a less formal feel to the ceremony set up. This created a beautiful back drop for the couple to say their vows. A simple mini urn was placed on the ceremony table to dress this and Jasmines bouquet later added more detail.

Mini urns were placed on the floor to act as aisle markers and two large meadows welcomed guests into the room. Candles were also set down the aisle which made for the most romantic ambience.

The urns were later used as table settings set with candle sticks meaning none of the blooms went to waste. The tables were kept sleek and simple with no fussy details or favours just beautiful linen, blooms and candles making for a timeless and sophisticated boho style to the wedding reception tables.

Jasmine had the most beautiful handmade dress with puff sleeves adorned with tiny flowers. Her large bouquet perfectly complimented the style and shape of the dress and gave a wonderful laid back sleek boho vibe to Jasmines style. Jasmines bridesmaids carried smaller hand tied bouquets to compliment hers. All of the bouquets were full of seasonal foliage and beautiful autumnal flowers in coppers, reds, browns, blush and orange.

Jasmine and Cory’s day is a perfect example of what can be achieved when you trust your suppliers and keep details simple and sleek. A beautiful and timeless day.
